Working with Westfork Capital Group

Clayton Huck builds and runs the deal-sourcing, underwriting and due-diligence software Westfork Capital Group operates on — ongoing work, not a finished job.

What the work is

Clayton Huck builds and runs this software for Westfork Capital Group. It's the longest-running client relationship at Bellvue, and the reason two of the nine projects on this site exist.

Deal Desk is described in the firm's own project documentation as Westfork Capital's deal command center. DD Walk is West Fork Capital Group's due-diligence inspection tool, carried into a property unit by unit on an iPad.

Both are in active use and active development, not finished products handed over once. Deal Desk has a live handoff document rather than a fixed spec, and DD Walk is at v0.4.0 with phase 8 in progress — new views and refinements get added as Westfork's own workflow changes.

Why it matters for a new client

This is the same discipline every project on this site gets, not a lighter version for a smaller build. The systems that run a live investment firm's deal flow every day are built with the same care as anything smaller.
